Wild Ferns Wellness is seeking wellness providers whose values and ethics align with those outlined within our mission statement.

Practitioners who are LGBTQIA2S+ and/or BIPOC, and allies are strongly encouraged to reach out to us.

We’d be especially pleased to welcome hair braiders, barbers, vocal coaches, psychiatrists, acupuncturists, natural nail technicians and physicians compassionate about working with clients in need of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and HIV prevention and treatment services.

WILD FERNS WELLNESS HAS GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR THERAPISTS OF COLOR!

Wild Ferns Wellness recognizes that systemic racism has created many barriers for Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC). We want to help you transition into your private practice career with more opportunity and less stress!

Wild Ferns Wellness has 8 grants available for the next 8 mental health therapists of color who contract with Transformative Therapy & Consultation Services (TTCS) to provide mental health therapy services (in person and/or telehealth) for Wild Ferns Wellness.

Disclaimer: This is not a competitive grant. It will automatically be awarded to the next 8 therapists of color who complete the grant application and  join TTCS at Wild Ferns Wellness.

In addition to the competitive fee/split TTCS offers, grant awardees will receive a package including:

  1. Professional head shots

  2. $1000 to be used towards any advanced education or training of the therapist’s choosing

  3. Personal assistance locating other grants to help pay for other professional development opportunities

 

Grant Requirements:

1. Have an active limited or full Michigan license in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology or other relative field.

2. Be a Person of Color who has been impacted by systemic racism as it relates to your access to fair, quality, and advanced educational opportunities.
