they/them
I am a queer mental-health therapist with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. I strive to build safe spaces with my clients where their personal strengths are celebrated. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care as we are all navigating systems of oppression every day. My training is in systems theory and understanding the profound impact that our environment has on our daily lives. I believe in therapy as a collaboration where we find ways to thrive even as we manage anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, and trauma. I take an immense amount of joy in my relational work and collaborating with families to create deep, authentic connections. I am excited to support LGBTQIA+ youth and their parents as we together navigate complex identities, gender, neurodiversity, and developmental changes. I have been working with LGBTQIA+ couples and families for 2 years under direct supervision, and my experience continues to grow alongside the needs of our community.
