I have an eclectic approach and pull from many different modalities to find what works best for my clients. I pull from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic techniques, and others.

I believe we all do our best healing when we feel connected to other people. My approach is person-centered, empowerment-, and strengths-based, which means I strive to meet you where you are with empathy and curiosity while helping you build on the strengths you already have to work toward your goals. I keep things casual and grounded in real conversation and deep listening, so you can feel safe showing up fully. My promise is to be a nonjudgmental presence as you practice new skills, face tough situations, and grow into all you hope to be.
I work primarily with older teens and adults, and I’m particularly passionate about supporting people in the queer and disabled communities, those with experience in foster care, and womxn of all ages.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice, and much of my career has focused on supporting youth experiencing foster care—work that has included psychoeducation and helping people develop coping skills for trauma and other mental health needs. I’ve also taught arts-based, social-emotional learning curricula to young people in community settings.
I’m honored to be part of Transformative Therapy, whose mission of creating a safe, inclusive wellness center for communities often left on the margins inspires me. Outside of work, you can usually find me baking, hiking, caring for my plants, reading a fantasy novel, or spending time with my two orange cats.
