Rahjah Curtis-Evans co-founded Transformative Therapy in 2021 with a simple belief: that good care starts with an environment where clients are affirmed, feel seen, and feel safe. As Credentialing Specialist, Rahjah handles the behind-the-scenes work that allows our clinicians to bill clients’ insurance plans. That means the insurance paperwork, provider enrollments, and licensing details that most people never see but everyone depends on.

Credentialing is the first step in being able to bill insurance, and it is tedious, patient work. It often means holding insurance companies accountable, and Rahjah handles all of it with grace.

In her free time, Rahjah can be found performing drag or burlesque, attending networking events, or spending time with her family and best friends.
